Adaptation of arText and arText claro into Catalan<\/strong><\/p>\n

Research project developed at\u00a0Departamento de Filolog\u00edas Extranjeras y sus Ling\u00fc\u00edsticas<\/a>\u00a0from the\u00a0Facultad de Filolog\u00eda<\/a>\u00a0in\u00a0Universidad Nacional de Educaci\u00f3n a Distancia (UNED)<\/a>, in the framework of the\u00a0\u00a0ACTUALing<\/a>\u00a0research group, with the collaboration of the\u00a0IULATERM<\/a>\u00a0group.<\/p>\n

This project has been funded by two institutions: the Institut d\u2019Estudis Bale\u00e0rics <\/span>of the Conselleria de Turisme, Cultura i Esports, of the Govern de les Illes Balears, and the Oficina de Suport a la Iniciativa Cultural of the Departament de Cultura de la Generalitat de Catalunya, with the support of the Secretaria de Pol\u00edtica Ling\u00fc\u00edstica.<\/p>\n

Budget: 36.278,00 \u20ac (18.139,00 \u20ac each institution)<\/p>\n

AIMS AND METHODOLOGY<\/strong><\/span><\/h6>\n

The main objective<\/strong> of this project is to adapt arText and arText claro from Spanish to Catalan, taking into account the Balearic, Valencian and Central\/Northwestern variants.<\/p>\n
