Sara Pistola presented the paper entitled \u00abLos textos que la Administraci\u00f3n dirige a la ciudadan\u00eda: el caso del Ayuntamiento de Madrid\u00bb, which is part of the <a href=\"http:\/\/iriadacunha.com\/FundacionBBVA2015\/es\/ministerio-de-ciencia-e-innovacion-2022-2024\/\" target=\"_blank\">arText_IMPACT<\/a> project.
