With the ultimate goal of selecting the textual genres under study, in the first stage of the project surveys were conducted to professionals, students and citizens in order to identify textual genres that are drawn more frequently and those with more writing difficulties in each of the project fields: medicine, tourism and public administration. Specifically, survey recipients were the following:

Next we present graphically the results of the first stage of the project. The graphics in the fields of medicine and tourism combine the responses of professionals and students; the administration chart presents the responses of citizens.
