Today, the «IX Jornada WEB del Portal Institucional madrid.es y sus unidades gestoras» was held, organized by the Dirección General de Atención a la Ciudadanía of the Ayuntamiento de Madrid. Iria da Cunha delivered a lecture on the arText project at the invitation of the organizers. It was fantastic to present the results of our collaboration protocol in scientific research on clear communication between UNED and the Ayuntamiento de Madrid, stemming from our previous Knowledge Generation project, TIC-eADMIN.
